Tony Pullis is planning to make a summer overhaul of signings

In the previous season of the Premier League, West Bromwich Albion managed to avoid the relegation zone by 3 points.

This season was very intense for Tony Pullis and his players as they just barely managed to stay safe by a few points, now in this season things are going slightly better as West Bromwich Albion is positioned in the 13th spot and are not as worried about being relegated as they used to be in their last campaign.

This season has been a huge improvement for West Bromwich Albion but the manager, Tony Pullis has expressed his desire to make a number of signings and changes in order to not have any further uncertainties concerning relegation.

Tony Pullis revealed his intention to sign a few players during the summer transfer window as the manager of West Bromwich Albion said: “I know what’s needed. I know what’s necessary. I knew that after a couple of weeks here. The chairman Jeremy Peace has been smashing. He’s been very supportive and he knows the score.’’

Bakary Sako of Wolverhampton and Neil Taylor of Swansea City are some of the players who are in the wish-list of Tony Pullis and both players could be signed for a fee of €5 million.

Bakary Sako will turn into a free agent at the end of the season and the player is going to be available to sign on a free transfer but in order to sign Taylor from Swansea City, West Bromwich Albion might have to offload €5 million to secure his services.

At the moment, the main goal that Tony Pullis wants to fulfill is to avoid getting relegated and once that West Bromwich Albion is completely safe and guaranteed to continue performing in the Premier League then the summer overhaul will initiate.

Tony Pullis added on: "We will talk about the summer transfer market once we have achieved our goal which is to stay up. We are still points away from that. Once that is achieved we will sit down and talk to the chairman. It is a good football club, everything is in place."
